Hi guys im looking for a server thats 90 or 110 cap with good rates, a good amount of players, Jobbing/PvP with free silk and the ability to donate for gear but not silly op'd

HuangZe umm a Happy medium is good don't want to lvl in a few minutes but on the other hand don't want it to take weeks :)

Okay, so even though I don't like the Server it could be interesting for you: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] .. They have 3 Servers, Osiris is the 110 one.
Rates on this one are a bit lower and I don't know if people are active jobbing or not but you might like it: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

And for 90 Cap I'd suggest you to wait until tomorrow, the owners of Paradise Network will open the Server Artemis. Link is already posted here.
