can i edit somewhere in the pack.04 and make a gm ghost mode? (just like the CE ghostmode)

You do not need to bypass it. Just think logically about what you would need to change and You will be able to use ghostmode and teleport. Im not giving any more tips since too many noobs going invis pking already.

i search for the addreses but there no such in dekaron.exe or dekaron_nsse.exe they are ending at offset:0025D620 and the addresses above are from 00401000 to 00A25000,from 00B82000 to 00C1B000,from 00401000 to 00A20000.

why does not ghostmode works when i edit the values into unpacked file?
i found the new offset and changed it and what i see is announsments button but the command /gm ghostmode on stoped working...
Is there a new hex value to change? or somthing else?

They changed it to serverside. Thats why it dont work...

Good thing noob wont go around pk others or use vac and blame legit for vacing.
