Here Can you find the Plugins

Bukkit: The Plugins can you find here [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

Canary The Plugins can you find here [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

But for Vanilla gives no Plugins

The Plugins come in the Plugins folder this folder was created by the server .... if you have more questions send me a pm

i don't have a server on minecraft i need a plugin i can install with out a server

Then you don´t search for plugins, but for Modifications. Modifications you can find on Youtube or in the Minecraft Forums. There are enough.
For every Mod are there instructions to install it.

Here is a Tutorial for a mod installation.
You can use these steps for all mods.

In order to use mods it is needed to patch your minecraft client.
There are many ways to do this. Here are the two most recommended ways:
Easy patching using MagicLauncher

MagicLauncher is an alternative Minecraft client, which is doing the whole patching works for you. Just download it, run it and select the mods you need.
In detail:
  1. You need to have a !clean! minecraft.jar installed (if needed, clean up your previous modded minecraft.jar and stuff by deleting the %appdata%\.minecraft\bin folder - followed by (re)starting your minecraft to redownload the needed files)
  2. Download [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] and place it wherever you want, so you can start it instead of you old Minecraft.exe
  3. Download any mods you normally need, including [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] and for sure [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] and gather the zips (do not extract them) in some directory (you may later just update them if needed)
  4. Now run MagicLauncher and click the Setup button on the lower right
  5. There you can use the Add button to add all those mod zip-files you just downloaded (Important: put ModLoader at the top, MineCapes at the very bottom!)
  6. Make some more changes if you like (e.g. you can create profiles, set the RAM amount minecraft should use, ...)
  7. Now go ahead, log in into your minecraft account and enjoy the capes!

Manually patching the JAR

If you want to patch your minecraft.jar yourself, this is how you do it:
  1. Download any mods you normally need, including [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] and for sure [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
  2. Go to your %appdata%\.minecraft\bin folder (Start » Run Command » …)
  3. Backup your minecraft.jar first
  4. Use [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] or something else to open the jar file (Right-click on the jar » Open With ...)
  5. Now copy all the extracted mod files into the zip and click YES if you were asked to replace some files
  6. Find the META-INF folder and delete it (without this, your MC will not start later)
  7. That's it, you can save/close WinRAR
  8. Now go ahead, log in into your minecraft account and enjoy the capes!
