Different levels of GMs

So the GM character's code is " 1 " and a normal character is " 3 " . But there are difference level of GMs, as in " 1 " has all the access, but there are other codes im guessing " 6 or 7 or 8, idk " that limit the GM's access to the console, in which he cant make items, just recall users and dc ppl.
If anyone know that number share it with me please.

on the smc you can define the user levels
by default, 1 is for Server developer, 3 for normal user
