[Help]DDs error

hey elite pvpers its me again and its now safe to say ive tried everything i can to download the nvidia dds plug in for photoshop cs6 extended and its not working i made sure it was 64 bit and the photoshop was 64 bit running on my 64 bit pc i am a pretty smart guy when it comes to pc's and stuff but just seems as if i need some hands on help so pls give me a step by step guide or instructions and if you can contact me on skype pls i would really appreciate it
