Problem to connect vmware+winscp..

Hey guys,
I have one problem.. Some one could me help for configured vmware?
I have static IP in my server dedicated and i can't connect with my winscp? Can someone help me? sry for my bad english. Thanks!

cant understand guys...why you post such question about making srv in a forum that makes just publicity to cabal servers...here you cant find professional staff for your question...next time try on bla bla bla bla...there its already answeared at your question
