How to bypass PrivalegeIP?

is there any solution to bypass the PrivalegeIP?

Or can i do that with sr_patcher_1.0.5?

ok but my PrivalegeIP does not work. I use my own ip "wieistmeineip.com"
and put it in PrivalegeIP but i cant login
