[Help] Bonus

How can I make the Bonus on items ( +12 ) to be upgradable if I change it ? For ex: now the max bonus on items is +12 and I want to make it +21. How can I make it to be upgradable with a stone ?

Having seen +15, and loads higher on some items on some servers you may want to look into that.
As for the upgrade, maybe you could look at cq-action or cq-task. But someone will tell you i am wrong, as they always do.

I know how to change the max bonus but not how to make it upgradable.
