it happend to me to once.. i killed my browser and use cc cleaner and then re-installed my browser.. that was an info from customer-service. worked for me.. hope it helpes you..if not please contact customer-service..

clean your browser (cache & cookies) , clean your flash player cache , uninstall and reinstall your browser .. if this is still not working just wait some hours maybe its from ea server because I had that error too

nope now it says nu2001 error
