I heard Poland has cheap Speed-Boost prices.

dont think thats possible.. only paysafe etc works in poland.. you need an polish mobilephone...

poland and russia have some cheap prices.

Ehh 1750 SMS costs 105RUB (in russia) which is 4,80 BGN (in Bulgaria) and 2,40 (euro)
I live in Bulgaria, if i send 1 of those SMS would it count as 4,80 or 105RUB or it is impossible?
