Being powerleveled on ISRO by a high level wizard, or hand grinding on ecSRO with 10x exp. Which would be quicker?

If u have a prem + u could reach the same lvl-ing speed of ecsro. But I wouldnt suggest you invest time into ecsro coz it s*cks.Isro is allways online and the inspection last for 3-4 hours/week not 3 weeks at a time.
