You did? Rly? Didn't spot [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] on top of the search results?

You've got infection most likely, AV your Windows.

There are way better AVs out there but I guess it'll do the job. If not, try out [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] or the [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] (Kaspersky/TrendMicro/BitDefender).
