Likely already released before, but it's pretty useful if you're a pker. Changing these values does NOT remove your penalty. All it does is lift the restrictions, like talking to npcs and whatnot. I'm not sure if you still drop stuff when you die, but I don't recommend you try it.
Things to know. Each grade of penalty is represented as a number.
No penalty=0
Orange name=1
Red name=2
Black name=3
Now, depending on if you're using this after going to pk a ton of kids, you'll probably already be on red or black, so scan the value of 2 for red.
Relog and go on another char without any penalty. Scan the value 0.
Go kill a random bot or nib and scan the value 1. You can also just relog back onto your char and scan the value 2, but w/e. You should have found it by now. If not, keep doing it until you do. Set the value to 0. You can now talk to npcs or w/e.
