First, small brains have nothing to do with cognitive ability.
Second, I've seen 20+ year olds act immature, and 10+ year olds act mature.

Actually I agree :O Sometimes Everyone Acts Immature , I gotta admit that My behaviour is terrible sumtimes.But thats the way it is =]
