wats does data unpacker do and monster editor

also does monster editor make it so u can put wat ever amount of exp u want to get off of the monster?

monster editor is dead since bmr, and the exp is serversided now

is there a way to lvl fast by not vac hacking or botting

playing much ;) then u lvl fast
