Som1 said is not possible to be gm if u dont have ip dynamic.
Is that true?

dynamic ip - static ip
Both of them are works fine
but if ur using dynamic to u need to put ur new ip ( after every router restart ) at the database.

tell him he can add all ips from his country

The gateway becomes very unstable if you add such huge IP ranges.

try adding a range over 30, on my machine, it crashes after a few seconds

some people change their ips to a random ip, not necessarily on a certain range

tried in my server working well lol
