Ich habe etwas gefunden, dass ,zumindest bei mir, Die FPS Drops bei GW2 beseitigt hat.
1 - Öffnet eure Grafik Karten Option ( ATI Control Center / Nvidia weiß ich nicht) und sucht den Punkt "3D Anwendungseinstellungen".
2 - Wählt diesen aus und sucht "Tesselation". Dort alles unchecken und die Leiste ziehen, bis diese auf "Aus" gestellt ist.
3 - Dann geht ihr zu der "A.I" Option und uncheckt den Punkt "Oberflächenformatoptimierung".
4 - Dann geht ihr zu den V-Sync.(Auf virtuellen Neuaufbau warten) Optionen und stellt diese so ein, dass " Aus, falls nicht von Anwendung festgelegt" ausgewählt ist.
Diese Tipps stammen nicht von mir! Ich habe sie nur gefunden und möchte sie mit euch teilen.

1- Go to your video/graphics card settings like Catalyst Control Center or whatever Nvidia has for theirs and then look for gaming settings. Under that settings option there should be a "3D Application Settings". Click on that to open up the gaming options.
2- Scroll down the list of options til you find one called "Tessellation". Now on the bar to adjust it, drag the level all the way to off and make sure that none of the other options for it are on. So no "AMD Optimized" or "Use Application Settings".
3- Next under the "A.I." settings, just make sure that the "Enable Surface Format Optimization" is set to unchecked.
4- Okay so this fourth and final step may sound a bit confusing and doesn't seem like it should be a problem, but scroll down the list some more until you come across "Wait for Vertical Refresh". If it is set to be always on regardless, then I suggest you set it to "On, unless application specifies".
Hope this helps people who have been suffering from the frame skipping FPS drops.
