i have a hermit event weapon... now i want to put slots to it... how can i do that??? please inform me... asap please.... i have JS but i tried at clan base it doesnt work... can you guys give me a link how to put slots in hermit event weapons???please

You need to have 4x JS and go to guy near Mo Tailan in hefei (forgot his name)

U need 4 JS and go at Master of ornaments in hefei near Mo Tailan...there u can add slots but u also need a hermit cutter which can be bought from general store:)
