vSRO on dedicated server.Help me

I have a dedicated server, the power:
Drive - 40 GB
processor - core i3
Memory - 1 GB
System - Windows Server 2003
Ip - direct
Throughput - 100 Mbps
Can I put vSRO or black rogue sro or something basing on these files? Once probyval put, when you start to take off. Can someone help to configure the server? Pay.

It's not possible. You need atleast 4GB RAM to run a server, but the performance will be poor, 8GB RAM is needed for great performance.
And i3 is not the best choice for CPU.

Dedicated , huh?
Low req. for dedicated is 24gb ram + . You could not even find dedicated with these functions . unless you're using VPS.
