what programming language to use?
what program/application to use?

What programming language do you know so far?

if you just look around in guide section you can find plenty of guides on how to do numerous hacks

most popular is c++

To just find and use the cheats in cabal, with those awsome bypass releases, you don't need to know any code language, you can use the Cheatwiki in the Guide Section to find most common addresses.

if you mean trainers and stuff like that there are alot of languages i guess the most current migth be MASM C++ and C# you can do it on V.B (visual Basic language)
