Making client

Hello evreyone, since now I got school and I don't have much time to be on the pc and I want to create a server, I am looking for someone to make me A11 client, like uprising but unpacked, cause I got server side working and all skills and such, but not client side working, I am willing to pay an heavy amount, depends how much time it will take and if it will be in a good Quality,
