[HELP] new comp wont run server

I had my server running on a intel 1.8ghz comp with 1 gig of ram, on a ide drive, i just bought a amd athlon x64 dual core 5200 with 4 gig of ram i moved all the files over from my ide drive to my new 500gb sata drive and now the acct server wont run at all i keep getting a microsoft error popping up saying that the server has encountered a problem and needs to close, any ideas?

account server, Msg server or NPC server?

for the account server to work you need to delete your my.ini in your c/:windows folder then try to run the account server. for the msg and npc server edit the ips. for mine i had to hex edit the config.ini ip with winhex. well hope it was some help.
