if you need the teleportation system you could just get the 1 account for 1 year method from chrome. it`s only £7.99 for one year, payable with paypal and you get all the features of chrome for only one account at a time.

Make one? I can't speak to what exploits still work on live but there's a few public frameworks you could use to write your own botting tool.
