Shock Media.pk2 with SJSRO?

Is there any way to use Shock's media.pk2 to work with SJSRO?
I heard you get errors, but I also hear some people saying its possible.
Does anyone know for sure if SJSRO works with Shock's Media.pk2 by mediapatcher (changes ip) ?

It doesn't work at this time, people are looking into it to try and change a few things, to enable the PK2 to work with SJSRO.
