I friend of mine is getting [LOGINERROR] C7/1X Error when he tries to open 3th client with sbot. Any solutions?

I myself open 50 chars + without problems and Im from germany . I beleave that only USA got a IP limit of 2 , all other countrys doesnt have any limit I guess .
