Try to put cmd in the same directory as the .ocx you try to register.
C:\Windows\System32

There are many reasons for this.
But the main reason is that you didnt update (like all the guides say) your host file.

It probably Disconnects you need to make sure your host file is correct.

Keep in mind that sremu is still very buggy so these things occure

Hi, I had this problem and what you need to do is:

Put the MSWINSCN.OCX in system32 and in the carpet of SREmu.

Then, run SREmu as administrator and mode Windows XP (Service Pack 2)

Hope it helped.

that one u used is for xp i think , take this new mswinscn.ocx , download it
HTML Code:
http://www.ocxdump.com/download-ocx-files_new.php/ocxfiles/M/MSWINSCN.OCX/6.00.88046/download.html
,replace it in ur folder where is that one(broken) i think in vista is in C:\windows\system but try both system and system32 , for registering i'm 100% that this one works for vista "Drag and drop it onto regsvr32.exe in Windows\system32 folder. Make a shortcut for regsvr32.exe in the same folder the OCX is in and drag and drop it that way"
