Best weapon for Ranger?

What is the best weapon type for Ranger?

it really depends on what u wanna do with it and what role u wanna play lol

For RvRvR i take longbow / axe and horn
PvE i take greatsword / axe and horn
I heard some people prefer double axe,
but i like the horn buff, good support and the crit / run speed is very nice
1 hand sword / dagger is also a good combo for melee with good movement

pve ,ghost with shortbow (closer range and in dungeon you cant use your full range)
wvwvw longbow
pvp ,what you like more ^^

pve/wvwvw: shortbow, longbow for cds, horn seperated in inventory for speedbuff out of combat

pvp: shortbow , longbow and axe/horn depends on what map you play!
