It does not work and will not work, this is the old Shaiya Nolto client which was taken down once Nexon Fully took over Shaiya.
There is a new korean client which you can get easy with no problems by clicking the link below;
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
But the downside is that there is a (what seems to be) a Dummy file in the Data.sah file which does not allow the Data File Tool to open all the data. Hope this is of some use.

download the new Korean client, update this with an Korean "IP" and you get the new stuff! german or US IP are blockt for UpDate!

for Gerogia ip blocked too i tried use VpnFly change ip to Korean but updater doesnt work
