Cant creat a global account

Hello,

i want creat a global account, but every time all is okay with the data but at the password .. i get a problem ... i get the message 8 - 12 Characters. Associate with alphabets, numbers and special characters. (!@#$%*?) every time i have change the passwort in a1s2d3f4g5h6 or Dessey8001 but it dont work ... i have use few other passwords but no one work ... i get every time this message

they bann alot of places check and see if it ur state

you HAVE to put letters,numbers and special characters. for example, !@#$%^&*()

u need to put like : password123@

thank you :) it have work :) but now i have a other problem, i buy 20 000 nexon cash but i have it only at total cash 20 000 nexon cash at the non refundable cash i have 0 and i need non refundable cash to buy something -.-
