Cabal Private Server Unlimited Help

Hey im trying to run the unlimited cabal private server but iv done what kiro told me to, this:

1. Install cabal dont do any updates(I havent)
2.Transfer the files to the cabal folder then run it with the bat file.
3.i keep getting the same message this:

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

Any ideas to help?

im having the same problem even i already download the newest patch it still say "Please Restart to recieve the new updates" dang..... i did everything i can but still that appears.......:(

Gaby... I did.. iv moved servers for bit becuase its offline..Im on a diff one for now
