Is it Safe to Buy/Sell LoL Accounts?

I am currently wanting to buy a LoL account with lots of unavailable skins. I have found an account that I wish to buy, and the seller seems very legitimate, but what can we both do to help secure ourselves for a successful transaction?

I know LoL accounts don't seem to have much personal information attached to them, unlike WoW accounts, which seem safer. I have requested for a copy of his driver's license, which he says matches the CC payment information. He will let me onto the account to verify.

How easily could he take the account back after the purchase? Do I simply have to just change the email and password? Is there anything I can do yo prevent a take back?

Not rly safe. He can contact the support with old transaction id's, regsiter date and older information shit.

the most accounts got hacked or scammed, so scammers/hackers are selling the accounts then
it takes some days/weeks and the real account owner got his account back

i've got hacked one day..
some guy thought its his account now so he played and bought champs for me and farmed ip..
well i contacted the support after a while and got my account in a few days back
good thing was i didnt play for a longer time so this guy farmed me 2 6.3k champs :D

I wouldnt risk it personally. I dont see why they are worth money anyway. Unless they have some pretty unique skins on them or something.
