A little help for my server :)

We are trying to set the alchemy rate in order to give us the 30% +2 +3 +4 +8
and 100% of +5 +6 +7 +9 +10 +11 ..... after several attempts, followed by failures! we decided to ask for help.

Example:
Param1: 30000000
Param1_Desc: +1,+2,+3,+4

With this, the chance for +1, +2, +3 and +4 will be 30%.
