Registration Script php

Hello!
I find a tutorial for all, and the rest looks easy enough to do Alone, But, one thing i've not still been able to do...
The reg script.
Yeah my server is just a test server and we are just a few but a few more people are coming and i'd like to have a reg page.
I found the files i need i installed XAMPP too but i really don't understand how to make this Reg script work.I uploaded it on website too but notthing.
So..This time i'm sure i looked well on here and there's nor a tutorial nor a nice guide who explain not point for point but a bit how to make it work.

I just need a

form/guide..

In example..
-Download the files and place them on ur webpage in a folder
-Edit them with ur cred.
-Import!? in xampp
-Change extension?!?!??!

Something like that...
I don't really know what i'm writing but xD
Just need a non detailed guide but always a guide that explain a bit! ty

There isn't actually a need to having a whole guide on how to add scripts to your xamp/wamp as it is something of basic knowledge (we know it is not that "basic" but something that can be easily found on the web).

If you tell us what do you mean with

"I uploaded it on website too but notthing."

We might be able to help you, otherwise we can't even know what is not working with your script.

Well i downloaded them,extracted,then i opened my webs.com site.
Managed files created a new folder called reg and uploaded all the php files in this folder (on the website). I'm a disaster xD

Are you able to open the site [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] ??

Well i forgot bout website and i worked on xampp.
I've been able to open the reg script.
captcha work everything work but when i do account i gain this error:

On line 60 is written this: if(odbc_execute($stmt,$args)){

open ps_userdata , user_master , desing table . delete RowID , change, UserUID autoicremente
