Point Allotment for multiple jobs

Was curious how it worked if you were planning to level multiple jobs. Like do you get points to assign to you when you are one job and whenever you are that job you have those stats? Then when you lvl another job and get points for that you just start fresh and allot points and would it save your stats for that job? Or is it a one time deal requiring you to choose if you'll be extremely good at one thing or a jack of all. Or can you just reassign points whenever you feel the need?

Every class you level you get to use stats for that class. You change classes you start over with stats. To re assign your tribute points you have to turn in keepers oath. You get that by completing a job quest at lvl 30. It will work for any job not sure if there is another way to get the oath. So every class gets there own attributes to sum it up
