World of Warcraft vs. Archlord

Hello. I just had a lvl 102 sorc scammed, and have the opportunity to get 107 sorc, hh top / gloves / cap, great weapon, and good uniques for about 100$(probably).

I am gonna build a gaming computer that can actually run games without freezing. Should I join WoW (new game coming out in 2 weeks) which I've never played before? Or try to stick with Archlord.
PS: I love to pvp

Dude it really depends what kind of mmorpgs you like i wouldn't take anybodys opinion because overall we all have different opinions, I personally like Archlord, Only way i would play WoW is if i had friends to play it with that like that game but they love archlord aswell. Once you get your gaming computer try both of them out and see which 1 your really commited to.

Or go for neither of those 2 and stop wasting money/time on both of em?

If i find enjoyment in playing the games why would I let an insignificant thing like money(not rich kid, just saying in the end money is short term) get in the way of me having a good time and enjoying myself?

I heard the "siege" system there is amazing.
but there isnt "PKing" as we are accustomed to.

Another really fun thing is Vagina or "Pussy"

Wow is so much cartoonist style.
Archlord is best but webzen made worst.
there might be 2 ownage game will be after Archlord.

Well, I played both games for some time, yet I stopped playing Archlord due to lack of time, while I stopped playing WoW because I didn't like the community, at least for me, it was really hard to find nice people playing WoW, while on Archlord I didn't have issues on that matter.

Both are good games (in my opinion) so it is up to you which one to play, unless you want to try something different, in which case there would be a lot of different options...

WOW
--> great and fast support
--> better drops of gold and items
--> bigger fights and RAID's for dungeon
--> good class balance
--> you need an ABO to play
--> helpful ppl all over the world
--> amazing quests (alone or with a group)
--> you can attack enemy capital citys with your race
--> more world parts, new classes, equipment with add-ons
--> faster leveling (take group, more fun ^^)
--> special armor and weapons sets that can be dropped by boss mobs
( not everyone can get them )

AL
--> some bugs
--> low good guilds
--> class balance sucks atm
--> support..ähm don't heard anything since months and I send many
tickets...
--> item/gold drop rate.........0.000001% :D
--> only cooking, alchemy, ransacking
--> quests gives a few good stones at low lvl's
--> Siege very week FAILED -> X-Crash and so on
--> often Log-In errors
--> .....:rolleyes:

in my opinion archlord is ok, i really love the game. but like evryone said : the important point is your opinion

Well I was kinda disappointed of gw2 although its surely better than AL. Well as I was used to moving by clicking (cause if archlord) that wasd system was a bit weird.

What I except much from is elder scrolls online. I played this game since TES3 and its dann good. Well idk what it'll be like as multiplayer.

AL pk system beats wows :P
however, I prefer alterac valley over siege =P
and capture the flag as a Blood DK with 2 healers is hilarious/awesome.

WoW, as a whole, has way more people.
however, I would love to see then switch up their servers a little bit.
by now, everyone is high level, and with the update to get to 90, its still everyone being high level lol.

its kinda hard to see people outside running around doing quests on a lot of servers. I would love to see them close a few and merge them with others, and also make servers for only 85-90 people to log into and keep lower level people on a different group of servers so you can actually see more low level people to interact with (be it politely, or hatefully <3)

I havn't even seen all the star wars movies xD
but i love the concept of it, and I have played KOTOR I and II and loved the story line. SWTOR is made (mostly) by the same ppl

Yes, you are right about the high and low lvls, but in Al its the same problem.......
I have seen all Star Wars films but I don't played SWTOR until now only all other games of Star Wars :D

they haven't told us anything about the rebalance yet.

I do know all the stats of the new gear (as of now)
but as i've said in other threads I don't want to release that info because they told us it is not final (yeah i know -.- they'll probably do it anyway)

but the new gear will ruin archlord :P (in my opinion at least)
