avi to divx video convertor

is there any video convertor wich makes avi files into divx ?
some program wich is free or with easy-to-get keygen is welcome !
i searched a lot of them on google but couldnt find any wich is free to use and i didnt find any keygens for them

VirtualDub or Divx converter.

yapp or the xvid codec with vdub. xvid is better than divx, in my opinion !
