NPC TEXT ERROR

HELLo , I use 5165 source with ( OLDCodB) . I wont to change a npc text. I Open NPCDialogs.cs from C:\rikardo updated\PacketHandling with NOTEPAD. I see the npc code. I change the npc words. I save the npcdialog and i restart the server. I login , and npc text is the same with old text . He dont show me the new text. Why? Sorry my english!

To edit anything you need Visual Studio or any other compiler you prefer then you have to do the following

1- Open the project .sln or .cproj in Visual Studio
2- Navigate to the part you want to edit
3- Edit what you want
4- Build the project
5- Run the server and enjoy your edited thing :D

And i doubt you can do what i told you to... because it seems you have 0 knowledge about c#

Editing the .cs file using a notepad actually did not affect your Server for the reason you are editing your project not the .exe [launcher]

You fergot to compile it.
and open with Microsoft Visual C# (2010)
