[Question]is it possible

guys... i dont know if this was asked if it is, ill ask it again ^_^....

is it possible to kill mobs in public map that drop the item or alz where you're standing??? like in dungeons???

I don't know if it is possible, last time I tried I failed. Perhaps private server admins could edit it for their own server. On officials I'm almost certain that it's not possible.
