SilkroadErrSender.exe

i start testosteron loader or SBOT and then i start silkroad after that i start to login..when i get on the server the silkroad shuts down and it wants to start the silkroaderrsender.exe...i have already reinstalled the silkroad but nothing. Can you help me guys?
