Seems like you did not understand, what you are doing are client sided changes on visuals only, so you can see on your client that you have some car/parts that you don't, but these changes won't affect your stats at all

You can't change the Speed of your Car with Artmoney. You are only able to change the "CAR" visual. That means that you just see the BMW Z4 GT3 in this case, but you are still driving your Dodge.
