Force nuker?

A friend of mine asked me if a force nuker build is good, i didn't know what to say bcs i didn't play such builds.

What do you think?, it's useless build?

depends on what server we talking pserver i would say they are shit becuase u have no status to shoot on people that's really what force nukers are about just shoot div impotent n stuff on people and blast away on isro i think they rule pvp wise but pve force does not give many bonuses so on isro there goood because they get status on fast and can get rid of any status on them selfs with out wasting cash on pills but on pservers there's nothing good about them with the skill caps what they are.
