Special Errors Binary 5065

i also done my private server and tested it everything fixed 100%...well i changed my pc screen and try to load my server with the new screen :D acc server loaded msg and npc server loaded succesful but my conquer.exe opened and got failed to open the server.dat file. please reinstall the game (it was work before i change my screen !!!)

second error is conquer.exe when i run it..it must change the windows theme from mine to the normal theme that blue (i use windows 7) how can i fix it and make it run with the normal like conquer online and all p-servers without change windows themes ???
