The Frozen is a re-caller of the accounts he's selling. I bought a ranger from him on 28th August, and within bit more than 30days he reclaimed the mail although I changed secret question and password to the mail.
He took it back after 30+ days to avoid having negative feedback here on elitepvpers so he can continue scamming people and having his positive feedbacks.
When I got the mail information I changed all the retrieval password information to my own, such as phone number and additional mail. When I tried to recover mail password I saw that his phone number and his mail were mentioned as retrieve password option.

0038651815821, as u can see on the screenshot the 3 last digits is what his phone number has, and his skypename is arag0n16 and the mail to retrive password starts with ara*****.
