u can get talismans from box without quest . but to activate them u need to take the quest somewhere in alex , i dont remember his name .. u know google is ur friend

use search button on how to make custom quests , but as over limit said if you're not able to do such a basic thing why bother.

You need to decompile Quest.sct and edit the FGW Quest scripts.
