Yep, very safe! They are from Kbot and IBot Coders and the Bots are safe as well

Wicket Patcher is only a Detourer for a Connection.
A Detourer do not change the packets !

The Packets are changed by Scripts at WP!
Some of This script can be located by server, but not all.
Clientside changes, like antistealth cant be located!

scripts,bots...are not 100% safe.

yes is this a lucky game...
all programs or hack unsafe if you use 24/24 high chance for ban
if you use 24/1 or more hour lower chance for ban but not 0%

Every tool is detectable so there is always a risk to get banned
