problem about sjsro reg!!!!

I know that the reg usually opens 3AM to 8AM GMT+0
My GMT is +2 and every day i try to reg at 7.30 its 5.30 at GMT+0
I am trying for about a week every day!!!Why the reg is closed??
Plz help me maybe time is wrong or something??What shuold I do?

the registartion was open today...
it was closed the whole week but now its gonna open every day...
it was open today from 3AM-9AM (GMT +0).
