Winhex The Path!

ok guys i wanted to open this topic to show and ask few things!
first of all i have fully read and understand the winhex tutorial for skill editing!
now for the main thing i am going to edit Dark-Avatar...
so i begin with this..

next just like the guide said i will skip distance thing and go to

he show us this
Look for this line:
1,NO_CANCEL,255,83,700,0,0,0,1000202,320,0,202,0,0 ,0,0,0,0,0,1,

now look carefully !!! dark-avatar have NO_CANCEL,255,237,0 this one have
255,83,700, and the guy tell you to change the 700 into 000 but in dark-avatar its already 0 so what do we do?

next is about the 999 thing
Dark-Avatar: 1,NO_CANCEL,255,237,0,0,0,0,3000007,120,0,0,0,0,0, 0,0,0,0,1

Rolling attack:
1,NO_CANCEL,255,83,700,0,0,0,1000202,320,0,202,0,0 ,0,0,0,0,0,1,

hmm where should i put the 999 in the dark-avatar o0??
the red spot in the rolling attack must be changed in the winhex but in the dark avatar what should i do??

next thing
Cool time down of skills
the guy on the tutorial tell you to find this address

it look like this!
"1,1,15,0,-,-,-,1,0,282,1,0,6000,1,4,0,14,0,0"
the red is the cool time down it should be changed into 0000
hmm i did it with the dark avatar there was no error...

i go in game and guess what its clientside cool time down X_X
i did the same with other skills that look like rolling attack but nothing changed i even tried to edit all the NO_CANCEL but still no results
or the tutorial is wrong?
or i am wrong but i can't see how..

there probably bunch of people who know what to do that's why i opened this topic to see what i need to do next thanks for your time..

ye because it doesn't work and i did understand, now what did i do wrong if it doesn't work?

My guess is that your client isn't reading s_4_1_darkavatar.csv.

Make sure you close winhex then launch the game.
If that doesn't help then edit data.pak not the csv file.

You need to change the skills depending on the Rank of the skill.

Lvl 10 Skill = Rank 10

With your problem that your changes arent affecting the game,
some skills can be found twice, if you search for your skill index it often can be found again one of the 2 positions is for the cast-time and the other position is for cd.

And btw if you're editing .csv files it doesnt surprise me its not working cause your game reads out everything out of the data.pak :)

if u make it on pserver fusion it wont work... idk how but they made vac, non agro serversided, also skillhack

skill hack is kinda hard to edit specially on winhex mode... but if you practice more you will probably get it .... but to be prank im also noob at winhex...so i still need to learm more

I already finished :P i know can edit any skill :P

then ur just a noob who dont know to hack that noobie server,hint dont use their client,use English SX client and you can make all the hacks u want in their server,u can use dekaron ultra client to hack fussion

Can You edit itmid flash (92 skill) and aqua circle? (98 skill)

Mage skills if you didnt know :P I met someone b4 who was a hacker and didnt know what Aqua Circle was and what class so just to make sure I posted lvl and class :P
