PDBO - Tutorial

Is there any tutorial about pdbo bot, i searched on forum & youtube. I couldn't find one. I don't really understand the bot it's tasks. I only want to collect some boxes but i can't find any tasks that allows me to.

So is there any tutorial about pdbo i want to learn more about it.
