StartGS.bat Problem

Do you have enough ram? If yes, try to increase the -Xmx option in startscript.

my computer stats:

and what numbers should I wright? in -xmx

my startgs.bat java line:
java -Xms1536m -Xmx2048m -Xbootclasspath/p:./libs/jsr166.jar -cp ./libs/*;U3J_Server.jar gameserver.GameServer

well you can try with 2gb, but I think it might be a too weak pc.
The different emulators have their own specific resource consumption and I don't know the consumption of u3j

Just take a look at you screenshot, last line tells you that "out of memory". 2GB RAM is not enough to load the static data in the memory.

Try this:

java -Xms512m -Xmx1024m -Xbootclasspath/p:./libs/jsr166.jar -cp ./libs/*;U3J_Server.jar gameserver.GameServer
