How to get acc back

My friend's DO account was stolen. We managed to find out:
-what's the current e-mail
-what's the password
But we can't get the stealer to change the e-mail. Support and police aren't helping at all. Can I get the acc back somehow other than hacking into e-mail??

Here is not hacker for you! Search for some bug for change email without confirmation, but i think this bug is not more public. Next way write to supprot for ban account, way number 3 send a handwritten leter to thief ;)

If you managed to figurs out the email & pass..have you tried putting the pass as a login to the email?
If that works, you can change it back.
If not them write a letter to support & complain to BP.
If you dont get anything by then ask them to ban the account & give them whatever they ask for.

and if you can still get on the backpage, find a old outdated bot and just bot on it until it gets permanently banned, may I suggest Udo-Bot? LOL;)

Is not true. Police helpes you. Somebody stolen me 2 very good accounts and two weeks ago BP give me back the accounts because i gone at police.

Going to police is a joke. Support sends a long form, in which one of the points to fill in is "proof of banking - premium, uridium etc.". But what to do if no premium was bought, and uri came from bot?
Botting the account so it gets banned makes no point. I don't want the account to be banned, the account is banned.
Guessing password to e-mail doesn't work :)

Bigpoint cant give you account back ! bigpoint can only Ban it ...

If you dont have account on email say only bey for account or if you give for account lot of money wirte on support and they will be give account back or they banned it ;-)

Big Boint gave my account back when it was stolen.... Send to Support that your account is stolen, then if they ask for payment (if u have buyed uridium) give it if u have.. or if u dont have it, then i they can't help.

Support don´t more give accounts back. Why? Because here is a lot of stealers & support was still spammed only by "Give me acc back" messages.

Why support gave my acc back?my acc was stolen about 4 days ago and got it back 2 days ago back with payment!!!

Do you understand my post? Yes, it´s possible get account back by support, but only in 3-7%. ;) If you "shoot" with your message Admin, which have a good feel for helping ;)
